with all the drama and mean-spiritedness recently on the board, i felt compelled to say something....but didn't know what to say that wouldn't be picked apart and disected under a microscope....... then a dear online non-journal land friend sent me the following, and i thought it was perfect. so, my offering to the people of journal land........
What will tomorrow bring?
I am sure that none of us know.
So guard each word from your lips
And be careful of the seeds you sow.
Be caring and kind to all you meet.
It won't cost you so much as a penny.
A gentle touch, a tiny smile
Can bring happiness to many.
Smiles are free and so is love.
So let's pass them around and share.
Let's keep the kindness in our hearts
To show we'll always care.
Be as gentle and wise as an eagle
As you go from day to day.
Offer comfort and friendship to all
Whom you meet along the way.

Thank you for posting this. If only all people would live by it *sighs*
Hi Regina,
This is really true...the board can be so cruel. I've been sick-have the flu. Just dropped in to see what you are up to. :)

Damn that Typo Faerie!!
That's a great poem...I know things have been a little rough. A lot of it seems to be generational..the posts on the journals the language was bad it just accelerated everything...she didn't curse at me just told me to get a life..ha! thank you I have had several! Hopefully it will get better. For (2) weeks now some of us have been in the Chat Room and not one nasty thing was said..it was pleasant and fun....Sandi
